TMG organizes work into Spheres. A Sphere can be regional, sectoral, or thematic, for example:

  Investors may choose to back a diversified portfolio of Spheres or, where appropriate and compliant with local regulation, concentrate capital in a specific project Sphere that matches their mandate.
