Trade Delegations
Focused missions that help companies, investors, and governments explore new markets, build relationships, and develop commercial opportunities, from emerging economies to the G7 and beyond.
Start a conversation. Which market do you want to explore?
WHY DELEGATIONS
Markets Are Built on Relationships
Entering a new market takes more than research. It takes time on the ground, conversations with people who know how things work, and the trust that comes from meeting face to face.
Our delegations combine former embassy and government professionals, who understand the institutions and expectations on both sides, with local counterparts who know the market, the culture, and the practical realities of doing business there. We build each program around what participants want to accomplish.
WHAT WE OFFER
Delegation Formats
Trade and Investment Missions
Programs that connect companies, investors, and government representatives with prospective buyers, suppliers, partners, and relevant institutions. Meetings and site visits help participants assess opportunities firsthand and establish relationships.
Sector Delegations
Missions focused on critical minerals, energy, infrastructure, agriculture, technology, and other sectors, with programs built around the businesses, facilities, and institutions relevant to that industry.
Custom Programs
Delegations designed with governments, chambers of commerce, industry associations, universities, and other organizations around their objectives. Programs can combine business meetings, investment roundtables, site visits, and research exchanges.
WHO WE WORK WITH
Built Around Your Objectives
We design programs for:
Companies exploring market entry or expansion
Investors assessing opportunities and potential partners
Governments and trade promotion agencies
Chambers of commerce and industry associations
Development partners and multilateral organizations
Universities and research institutions
HOW WE WORK
Before, During, and After the Mission
Define the Objectives
We start with what participants want to accomplish, who they need to meet, and what would make the trip worthwhile.
Design the Program
We build an agenda of meetings, site visits, and briefings around those objectives, drawing on our international network and local relationships.
Prepare the Delegation
Country and sector briefings cover the political, commercial, and cultural context, helping participants arrive ready for substantive conversations.
Coordinate the Visit
We coordinate meetings and in-country support with local partners. Logistical arrangements and interpretation are agreed as part of each program.
Carry Relationships Forward
After the mission, we help participants maintain connections, arrange follow-up discussions, and identify practical next steps with prospective partners.
OUR PRINCIPLES
How We Design Delegations
Purpose Over Itinerary
Every meeting and visit should serve the delegation’s objectives.
Both Sides of the Border
We understand where participants are coming from and where they are going. We help participants and hosts understand one another’s interests and expectations.
Local Knowledge, Locally Delivered
Our in-country members and partners help shape and deliver each program, bringing their relationships, experience, and cultural understanding.
Time to Build Trust
We make room for conversation and informal interaction alongside scheduled meetings. Relationships need time to develop.
WHERE WE GO
Every Border Has Two Sides
We organize delegations into emerging markets and from those markets into established economies. Washington, D.C., and Miami are natural hubs for U.S. programs; international destinations draw on the presence and capabilities of our members and local partners.
The destination follows the opportunity. We work with you to determine where a delegation can be most useful and what we can deliver there.
Where Do You Need to Be?
Tell us which market you want to explore and what you want to accomplish.
